Lara Pampín Beltrame (born 3 May 1995) is a field hockey player from Spain, who plays as a defender. Career Club hockey Pampín plays hockey for SPV-Complutense in the División de Honor in Spain. National teams Under–21 In 2014, Pampín made her debut for the Spanish Under–21 team at the EuroHockey Junior Championship in Waterloo where the team finished fourth. She followed this up with an appearance at the 2016 FIH Junior World Cup in Santiago. Red Sticks Pampín made her debut for the Spanish national team, the 'Red Sticks', in 2017. 2014 Women's EuroHockey Junior Championship
The 2014 Women's EuroHockey Junior Championship was the 17th edition of the Women's EuroHockey Junior Championship, a field hockey tournament. It was held in Waterloo, Belgium between 20 and 26 July 2014. The tournament served as a qualifier for the 2016 Women's Hockey Junior World Cup, held in Santiago, Chile in November and December 2016. Netherlands won the tournament by defeating Germany 2–0 in the final. England won the bronze medal by defeating Spain 2–0 in the third-place playoff. The 2016 Women's Hockey Junior World Cup was the 8th edition of the Women's Hockey Junior World Cup. It was held from 24 November to 4 December 2016 in Santiago, Chile. Argentina won the tournament after defeating defending champions the Netherlands 4–2 in the final. This was the first time Argentina had won the Junior World Cup since the 1993 tournament in Terrassa, Spain. Australia won the third place match by defeating Spain 3–1 on a penalty shootout after a 1–1 draw. This was Australia's first Junior World Cup medal in 15 years. The División de Honor de Hockey Hierba Femenino is the top level of women's field hockey in Spain. It was established in 1933 as ''Primera División'' changing its name to current ''División de Honor'' in 1986. It's managed by the Real Federación Española de Hockey. Competition Format Competition format changes for 2013–14 season. The competition it divides in three stages; regular season, 2nd stage and playoffs. Regular season comprises 11 matchdays played from October to March through a one-leg format. When regular season finish, table splits into two groups of 6 teams each; in Group 1, top four teams qualify for final stage, while in the Group B, bottom three teams are relegated to Primaera División.
