Langon (; ) is a Communes of France, commune in the Gironde Departments of France, department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France. Langon serves as the seat of its district, canton and subprefecture. Its inhabitants are called ''Langonnais'' and ''Langonnaise''. Geography Langon is in the southern part of the department southeast of Bordeaux on the left bank of the Garonne river. Pierre de La Montagne (1755, Langon – c. 1825) was an 18th–19th-century French playwright, poet and translator. Prior to the French Revolution, the baron of La Montagne was correspondent of the Museum of Bordeaux then a member of the . ''Sud Ouest'' (; ) is a daily French newspaper, the second largest regional daily in France in terms of circulation. It was created in Bordeaux, on August 29, 1944, by Jacques Lemoine, as a successor to ''La Petite Gironde''. In 1949, the Sunday edition, ''Sud Ouest Dimanche'' was launched. Agen (, , ) is the prefecture of the Lot-et-Garonne department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Southwestern France. It lies on the river Garonne, southeast of Bordeaux. Golfech Nuclear Power Plant
The Golfech Nuclear Power Plant is located in the commune of Golfech (Tarn-et-Garonne), on the border of Garonne between Agen (30 km downstream) and Toulouse (90 km upstream) on the river Garonne, from where it gets cooling water, it is approximately 40 km west of Montauban. The Airbus A380 is a very large wide-body airliner, developed and produced by Airbus until 2021. It is the world's largest passenger airliner and the only full-length double-deck jet airliner. The ''Itinéraire à Grand Gabarit'' is a water and road route that has been created in order to allow the transport of the outsize structural sections of the Airbus A380, Airbus A380 airliner from their point of manufacture to Toulouse for final assembly. The route was largely created by modifying existing waterways and public roads, with the addition of some new road sections. Specially constructed ships, barges and road vehicles carry the aircraft parts on the route, as traditional transportation methods proved unfeasible. The A62 autoroute is a French motorway forming part of the ''Autoroute de Deux Mers'' (Two Seas Motorway). The route forms the entirety of European route E 72, which is a part of the International E-road network, inter-European road system.
