Lacy Dagen
Lacy Michele Dagen (born May 17, 1997 in Concord, California) is an American collegiate artistic gymnast. She competed for the Florida Gators gymnastics team from 2015 to 2017. She currently competes for the Oregon State Beavers gymnastics team. Early life On May 17, 1997, Dagen was born as Lacy Michele Dagen in Concord, California. Dagen's father is Shawn Dagen, the president of FreshSource North and her mother is Paige Dagen, an English teacher at Foothill High School. She has one younger sister, Madison (b. December 27, 1999), who is also a gymnast; committed to the Oregon State Beavers. In 2001, Dagen began gymnastics classes at Cal West Gymnastics, after continuously doing cartwheels. The club changed owners and became Bay Aerials Gymnastics, where Dagen trained and competed until 2006 when she moved to Pacific West Gymnastics. In 2008, she became the Level 8 Regional champion. Concord, California
Concord ( ) is the largest city in Contra Costa County, California. Level 10 (USA Gymnastics)
Level 10 is the highest level in the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympics Program. The level is open to women's artistic, men's artistic, trampoline, acrobatic and rhythmic gymnasts. Age Requirements Women's Artistic Gymnasts must have reached their 9th birthday to qualify to Level 10. Men's Artistic Male artistic competitors must have reached their 16th birthday to qualify. Rhythmic Level 10 can only be achieved by qualifying for the U.S. National Championship. A rhythmic gymnast may start competing at Level 5 when she has reached her 6th birthday, and Level 6 when she has reached her 7th birthday. Trampoline & Tumbling For T&T gymnasts, there is no age requirement. In Gymnastics they will have an age requirement for levels 2,3. Acrobatic There is no age requirement for acrobatic gymnasts. Karolyi Ranch
The USA Gymnastics National Team Training Center at Karolyi Ranch or simply Karolyi Ranch in unincorporated Walker County, Texas, southeast of Huntsville, was a gymnastics camp facility which was the site of the main training center for the United States women's national gymnastics team, located north of Houston within the Sam Houston National Forest. From 2001 to 2018, it was the USA Gymnastics' national training facility for women's artistic, trampoline, and rhythmic gymnastics disciplines.
