Lachezar Kovachev
Lachezar Kovachev ( Bulgarian: Лъчезар Ковачев; born 24 March 1999) is a Bulgarian footballer who plays as a defender for Spartak Pleven. Kovachev's older brother Svetoslav is playing for Arda Kardzhali. Career Ludogorets Razgrad Kovachev made his debut for Ludogorets Razgrad II on 16 September 2017 in a league match against Tsarsko Selo Sofia. He completed his professional debut on 20 May 2018, in the last league match for the season for Ludogorets against Botev Plovdiv, as a started together with his brother, but was substituted by another debutant Dimitar Iliev at the 64th minute after a light injury. Pleven
Pleven ( ) is the seventh most populous city in Bulgaria. Located in the northern part of the country, it is the administrative centre of Pleven Province, as well as of the subordinate Pleven municipality. It is the biggest economic center in Northwestern Bulgaria. At the 2021 census its population was 89,823. Lokomotiv () is a Bulgarian association football club based in Gorna Oryahovitsa, which currently competes in the Second League, the second level of Bulgarian football. Established in 1932 as a sports association of the railway workers in the town, the football department of Lokomotiv have been playing at their current home ground, the Lokomotiv Stadium, since 1956. The 2017–18 First Professional Football League was the 94th season of the top division of the Bulgarian football league system, the 70th since a league format was adopted for the national competition of A Group as a top tier of the pyramid and also the 2nd season of the First Professional Football League (Bulgaria), First Professional Football League, which decides the Bulgarian champion. The season is the second with a new league structure and strict financial criteria where 14 clubs play each other home and away, until the league is split up in championship and relegation playoffs.
