Lacey Entertainment is an American entertainment company. The company focuses on the creation, production, packaging and distribution of entertainment content across a number of genres including films, documentaries, light entertainment, and children's animated programs. It was founded in 1994 by Brian Lacey, an entertainment executive, who has been actively engaged in the production, marketing, and distribution of content totaling nearly 4,000 episodes broadcast in over 120 countries in a variety of genres, most notably in popular children's content over the past three decades such as ''Pokémon'', ''Yu-Gi-Oh'', ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'', ''Voltron'', and ''Shin chan'' and ''Dinosaur King''. Brian Lacey is an American entertainment executive best known for being involved in the creation, production, and marketing of original programs for the U.S. and international marketplace. YTV (stylized as УTV) is a Television in Canada, Canadian English language Discretionary service, discretionary specialty channel owned by YTV Canada, Inc. a subsidiary of Corus Entertainment. The channel and its programming is targeted at children and young teenagers. ''America's Dumbest Criminals'' is an American comedic news magazine that aired in syndication from September 21, 1996, to May 27, 2000, for a total of 104 episodes. For international syndication the show was titled ''Everyone's Dumbest Criminals''. The show ultimately aired in 30 countries. The show was created and hosted by Daniel Butler during all four seasons. is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshito Usui.
