La Plata Lake
Lago La Plata is a lake located between the municipalities of Naranjito, Toa Alta, and Bayamón in Puerto Rico. The lake was created in 1973 and serves as a reservoir for potable water. The lake receives flow from the La Plata River and can be used for fishing. Guadiana, Naranjito, Puerto Rico
Guadiana is a barrio in the municipality of Naranjito, Puerto Rico. Its population in 2010 was 3,978. History Guadiana was in Spain's gazetteers until Puerto Rico was ceded by Spain in the aftermath of the Spanish–American War under the terms of the Treaty of Paris of 1898 and became an unincorporated territory of the United States. In 1899, the United States Department of War conducted a census of Puerto Rico finding that the population of Guadiana barrio was 1,006. Sectors Barrios (which are, in contemporary times, roughly comparable to minor civil divisions) in turn are further subdivided into smaller local populated place areas/units called sectores (''sectors'' in English).
