Long Eaton railway station serves the town of Long Eaton in Derbyshire, England. It lies on the Midland Main Line and the - line north of London St Pancras. The station is managed by East Midlands Railway, but CrossCountry operates some services. History The line was opened by the Midland Counties Railway in 1839, which shortly joined the North Midland Railway and the Birmingham and Derby Junction Railway to form the Midland Railway.
