LETAS Grand Final
The LETAS Grand Finale was a women's professional golf tournament played as the season finale of the LET Access Series, held first in 2019 in France. The inaugural tournament was held in 2019 at Golf Club de La Largue in Mooslargue, France as the Road To La Largue Final. With a purse of €80,000 it was the richest on LETAS to date (excluding dual-ranking events with the Ladies European Tour). Overnight leader Niina Liias clinched the title in a playoff against Magdalena Simmermacher. Magdalena Simmermacher
Magdalena Simmermacher (born 23 March 1996) is an Argentine professional golfer who plays on the Ladies European Tour. She was runner-up at the 2020 Ladies Open de France, 2021 Skaftö Open and 2022 South African Women's Open. She represented Argentina at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Amateur career Simmermacher was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the third of four siblings, and played golf from age four. 2022 LET Access Series
The 2022 LET Access Series was a series of professional women's golf tournaments held from March through October 2022 across Europe. The LET Access Series is the second-tier women's professional golf tour in Europe and is the official developmental tour of the Ladies European Tour. Changes for 2022 The schedule returned to pre-pandemic size after two seasons of reduced schedule. The Calatayud Ladies Open and Smørum Ladies Open were added, as were the Rose Ladies Open and the Trust Golf Links Series in the UK, while the mixed event with the Alps Tour returned from Rome to France. The Ladies European Tour is a professional golf tour for women which was founded in 1978. Most of the players on the tour are European, with members from more than 40 countries internationally. Despite its name, the tour also has tournaments in Africa, Asia, North America and Oceania. The organization is based at Buckinghamshire Golf Club near London in England.
