Pärnu () is the fourth-largest city in Estonia. Situated in southwest Estonia, Pärnu is located south of the Estonian capital, Tallinn, and west of Estonia's second-largest city, Tartu. Järva County ( or ''Järvamaa''; ; ) is one of 15 counties of Estonia.
