Carin Da Silva
Carin Elisa da Silva (born 16 November 1984) is a Swedish- Portuguese singer, professional dancer and television presenter. Biography Carin da Silva is a three-times Swedish junior champion in Latin American dance, standard dance, and ballroom dancing. She represented Sweden both in the European and World Championships in dancing. She studied at Kongahällagymnasiet in Kungälv and Balettakademien in Gothenburg. Between 2005 and 2006, she was a member of the music group Cosmo4 and the group released the music singles ''Peek-A-Boo'' and ''Adios Amigos'' while she was still a member. She has participated in the TV4 celebrity dancing show Let's Dance three years in a row. In 2006 she danced with celebrity Viktor Åkerblom Nilsson, where she finished in third place. In the 2007 season she danced with Patrick Ekwall and placed ninth In 2008 she participated with Mats Carlsson where she placed fifth. ''Celebrity Splash!'' (also known as ''Splash!'') is a reality television franchise created by Netherlands, Dutch company Eyeworks, started from their Dutch reality show ''Sterren Springen Op Zaterdag'' which premièred in 2012. The franchise involves celebrities diving into the pool. Format Origins and history ''Splash'' has its origin and idea from Germany, German Olympic-themed variety TV show ''TV total Turmspringen'' (''TV total Diving''), it was first aired on 16 December 2004, in the ''TV total'' show, on ProSieben and was founded by Stefan Raab. Rolf Adam Engelbrekt Alsing (12 October 1968 – 15 April 2020) was a Swedish television and radio presenter, best known for presenting ''Big Brother (Swedish TV series), Big Brother Sweden'' on Kanal 5 (Swedish TV channel), Kanal 5. He moved to TV4 (Sweden), TV4 in 2005, presenting the Swedish version of ''Jeopardy!''. He also presented his own show, ''Adam Live''. He later ventured into radio, presenting shows on Rix FM and Mix Megapol. Biography Alsing grew up in Karlstad in Värmland, and also in Sollefteå in Ångermanland. He worked as a disc jockey during his high school years in Karlstad. He started his career as a presenter for several local shows broadcast from Värmland on Sveriges Radio. TV3 (''TV tre'') is a Swedish pay television channel owned by Viaplay Group. It was launched on 31 December 1987 by businessman Jan Stenbeck. The channel was initially broadcast across all of Scandinavia. In 1990, separate Danish and Norwegian feeds were launched. The channel's name refers to its launch at a time when television in Sweden was dominated by the two channels of SVT. History TV3 was launched on 31 December 1987 and was the first commercial channel to broadcast in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The channel was transmitted from London, in order to circumvent legislation that prohibited advertising being broadcast on Swedish television. Diving is the sport of jumping or falling into water from a Diving platform, platform or springboard, usually while performing acrobatics.
