Kyle Martin (footballer)
Kyle Martin (born 17 September 1990) is an Australian rules football player who was recruited by the Collingwood Football Club of the Australian Football League (AFL) with draft pick #13 in the 2013 Rookie Draft after winning the 2012 best and fairest award for Frankston in the Victorian Football League (VFL). He made his AFL debut in Round 10, 2013, against at the Gabba. Martin embarked on a decorated local football career after returning to his home club of Noble Park in 2015, where he won the best and fairest award in every season from 2015 to 2022. His career tally of best and fairest awards stands at 13 in his 14 completed seasons of football. The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of a pair of cruciate ligaments (the other being the posterior cruciate ligament) in the human knee. The two ligaments are also called "cruciform" ligaments, as they are arranged in a crossed formation. In the quadruped stifle joint (analogous to the knee), based on its anatomical position, it is also referred to as the cranial cruciate ligament. The term cruciate translates to cross. Rowville Football Club is an Australian rules football club from the Melbourne suburb of Rowville, Victoria. The club was founded in 1964 and currently plays in Division 1 of the Eastern Football League (EFL). History The club played in its first finals game against Mooroolbark in 1967. Played at Lilydale, Rowville lost in a close match. 1971 was a big year for Reserves by winning the club's first Premiership Flag. In 1972, the club commenced the process of building the present pavilion at Seebeck Oval. After much volunteer labour and council help, the pavilion was officially opened on 5th of May 1977.
