The Second Company of the Special-Purpose Kyiv Regiment (), formerly known as the Kyiv-2 Battalion () is a battalion of the Kyiv Regiment of the National Police of Ukraine's Special Police Forces. It was established in 2014 and since then, has seen regular combat. History The "Kyiv-2" battalion was formed from the members of Maidan Self-Defense with most personnel being the veterans of the Soviet Afghan war and activists of the S14 organization and Svobada party as well as volunteers from Kyiv Oblast and Eastern Ukraine. We are a team. We were building cathedral Ukraine long before the war. And fraternal income and support, a surge of care have worked more than once before. Only relatives and volunteers help out the soldier. And volunteers are warmed by the society that we have been building for a long time. S14 (Ukrainian Group)
S14, also known as C14 or Sich (), is a Neo-Nazism in Ukraine, neo-Nazi, Ukrainian nationalist group founded in 2010. In 2018, it gained notoriety for its involvement in violent attacks on Romani people in Ukraine, Romani camps. In 2020, the group rebranded as Foundation for the Future (''Основа майбутнього''). The DShK M1938 (Cyrillic: ДШК, for ) is a Soviet heavy machine gun. The weapon may be vehicle mounted or used on a tripod or wheeled carriage as a heavy infantry machine gun. The DShK's name is derived from its original designer, Vasily Degtyaryov, and Georgi Shpagin, who later improved the cartridge feed mechanism. It is sometimes nicknamed Dushka (a dear or beloved person) in Russian-speaking countries, from the abbreviation. Anton Yuriyovych Gerashchenko (, born 10 February 1979) is a current official advisor and a former deputy minister at the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs. He is a former member of the Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada) from 2014 to 2019, and was the subject of an assassination attempt in part because of his actions, which was prevented by the SBU.
