Kusum Dola
''Kusum Dola'' is an Indian Bengali language, Bengali television soap opera that aired on Bengali Entertainment Channel Star Jalsha and is available on the digital platform Hotstar. It premiered on 22 August 2016, and was telecast daily. It was produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures of Saibal Banerjee and Leena Ganguly. In January 2018, it had a target rating point, TRP of 11.2. The series ended on 2 September 2018, airing 731 episodes; and was replaced by ''Irabotir Chupkotha''. Leena Gangopadhyay is an Indian writer, producer, and director, primarily associated with the Cinema of West Bengal, Tollywood film industry. Santu Mukherjee
Santu Mukherjee (13 January 1951 – 11 March 2020) was an Indian actor who worked in Bengali cinema. He was the father of actress Swastika Mukherjee. His younger brother, Sumanta Mukherjee, is also an actor. Early life and biography Santu Mukherjee was born on 13 January 1951 in Kolkata. He attended the Mitra Institution at Bhowanipore at a primary level and later, joined the Padmapukur Institution at Sarat Bose Road, from where he passed his Higher Secondary Examination. He soon dropped out from studies and took dance lessons from Gopal Bhattacharya. He also learned Rabindra Sangeet. He went to renowned director Tapan Sinha, seeking a role in Bengali films. Sabitri Chatterjee
Sabitri Chatterjee (born 21 February 1937) is an Indian actress who is known for her work in Bengali theatre and cinema. Her career spans more than seventy years. She twice won the BFJA Awards. In 1999, she was conferred with Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for acting in Bengali theatre. In 2013, she was awarded by the Government of West Bengal its highest civilian award; the Banga Bibhushan. Madhabi Chakraborty (née Mukherjee) is an Indian actress.
