Kurupam Assembly Constituency
Kurupam is a Scheduled Tribe reserved constituency in Parvathipuram Manyam district of Andhra Pradesh that elects representatives to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in India. It is one of the seven assembly segments of Araku Lok Sabha constituency. Jagadeeswari Thoyaka is the current MLA of the constituency, having won the 2024 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election from Telugu Desam Party. As of 2019, there are a total of 183,830 electors in the constituency. The constituency was established in 2008, as per the ''Delimitation Orders (2008)''. Nimmaka Jaya Krishna (born 1979) is an Indian politician from Andhra Pradesh. He is a member of Janasena Party. Early life and education Jaya Krishna was born in Rajapuram village, Veeraghattam mandal, Palakonda revenue division, in the erstwhile Srikakulam district.
