Rangli Rangliot is a community development block (CD block) that forms an administrative division in the Darjeeling Sadar subdivision of the Darjeeling district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Ananda Pathak
Ananda Pathak was an Indian politician. He was elected to the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Parliament of India from Darjeeling (Lok Sabha constituency), Darjeeling, West Bengal as a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist). Earlier he was a member of the upper house of the Parliament of India, the Rajya Sabha and West Bengal Legislative Assembly. Nanda Lal Gurung
Nandalal Gurung was an Indian politician from Darjeeling. He belonged to the All India Gorkha League, and represented the Jore Bungalow constituency from 1967 to 1971 and 1972 to 1977. Akhil Bharatiya Gorkha League ( ABGL) (also called All India Gorkha League (AIGL/IGL)) is a political party working amongst the Nepali-speaking Gorkha population in Darjeeling District and Kalimpong District of West Bengal, India. Shiva Kumar Rai
Kumar Rai (1919–1995) was a Nepali language writer and politician from Darjeeling, India. He won the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1978 for his collection of short stories ''Khaharey''. He was the first Gorkha minister in the state of West Bengal after becoming a deputy minister in 1952. Biography Shiva Kumar Rai was born on 26 April 1919 at Rhenock, Sikkim. His father Dhojbir Rai was post-master and because of the constant transfer of this father's post, Rai initially took his primary lessons at home.
