Lääne-Harju Parish () is a rural Municipalities of Estonia, municipality in northern Estonia. It is a part of Harju County. The municipality has a population of 12,865 (as of 1 January 2019) and covers an area of 645.71 km2. The population density is . The parish was formed as a result of the administrative reform in 2017 when four municipalities – Keila Parish, Padise Parish, Vasalemma Parish and the town of Paldiski – were merged to become Lääne-Harju Parish. Gulbene
Gulbene (; ) is a town in the Vidzeme region of Latvia. It is an administrative center of Gulbene Municipality. History Historical documents first mention the 1224 land division act between the Livonian Order, Order of the Sword Brothers and the Archbishopric of Riga, Archbishop of Riga. In the 14th century, the Archbishop built a stone castle around which a populated place was formed. The Low church, Evangelical Lutheran church (Brivības iela 13) was built on the ancient Latgalians, Latgalian castle mound in place of the later Middle Age brick castle from 1838.–1843. The church is built in the Classical architecture, classical style. Vecgulbene (Old Gulbene) estate complex was built in the middle and second half of the 19th century not far off the church. The most significant buildings are the White Palace (Brivības iela 12), the Red Palace (Parka iela 1) and the magazine granary (Brivības iela 9). Khulna (, ) is the third-largest city in Bangladesh, after Dhaka and Chittagong. It is the administrative centre of the Khulna District and the Khulna Division. AS Eesti Liinirongid, operating as Elron, is a government-owned passenger train operator in Estonia. Prior to 2014, the company operated exclusively the electrified commuter rail system in Harjumaa, and was known until October 2013 as ''Elektriraudtee'', i.e. "the Electrical Railway".
