Kudat is a federal constituency in Kudat Division (Kudat District, part of Kota Marudu District and Pitas District), Sabah, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 2004. The federal constituency was created in the 2003 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system. Verdon Bahanda
Verdon bin Bahanda is a Malaysian people, Malaysian politician, businessman and indigenous activist who has served as the Dewan Rakyat, Member of Parliament (MP) for Kudat (federal constituency), Kudat since November 2022. He served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director (business), Director of Sabah Football Club Sdn Bhd from November 2020 to his resignation in December 2020. He was also the owner of the Sabah Football Club Sdn Bhd after its privatisation in November 2020 . 12th Parliament Of Malaysia
The 12th Malaysian Parliament is the last meeting of the legislative branch of the government of Malaysia, the Parliament, comprising the directly elected lower house, the '' Dewan Rakyat'', and the appointed upper house, the '' Dewan Negara''. It met for the first time at the Malaysian Houses of Parliament on 28 April 2008 and met for the last time on 29 November 2012. The King then dissolved the Parliament on 3 April 2013.
