Krummerne
''Krummerne'', or ''The Crumbs'', is a Danish film series about the family Krumborg and particularly the boy 'Krumme' ( Laus Høybye). They are loosely based on Thøger Birkeland's popular children's book series. The first film in the series, the eponymous ''Krummerne'', was theatrically released on 4 October 1991. Despite lukewarm reviews, the film was a commercial success with over 850,000 cinema admissions, becoming one of the most watched films of all time within Denmark. Sven Methling
Sven Johan Methling (or Sven Methling Jr.) (20 September 1918 – August 7, 2005) was a Danish film director and screenwriter. The son of actor and film director Svend Methling, Methling Jr. was best known for a series of light-hearted comedies. His 1959 comedy ''Vi er allesammen tossede'' (''All of us are Crazy'') received the Bodil Award for Best Danish Film. Methling also received the Bodil Award for Best Danish Film for the 1955 war drama ''Der kom en dag'' (''There Will Come a Day''). Lukas Forchhammer (born 18 September 1988) is a Danish singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and former actor. He is best known as the lead singer and multi-instrumentalist for the Danish band Lukas Graham. As a child, Forchhammer starred in the Danish family movie series ''Krummerne.'' Early life Forchhammer grew up in an anarchist community in the center of Copenhagen called Freetown Christiania. His father, Eugene Graham, was Irish, and he spent half of his childhood in Ireland in Donegal and Dublin. His grandfather was from Wicklow in Ireland. In September 2012, Eugene died of a heart attack at the age of 61. At age 8, Forchhammer joined the Copenhagen Boys Choir and developed not only an appreciation for classical music but a trained voice. Paul Falck Hagen (19 March 1920 – 19 May 2003) was a Danish film and television actor. He appeared in more than 100 films between 1952 and 1999.
