Krisztina Hohn
Krisztina Hohn (born June 16, 1972 in Komló, Hungary) is a Hungarian politician of the New Start (Hungary). She has served as the mayor of Mánfa from 2006 to 2018. She currently serves as a member of parliament in the National Assembly of Hungary since 2018. She serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Budgets. In the 2018 parliamentary elections in Hungary, he represented the 2nd OEVK of Baranya County. Komló
Komló (, , ) is a town in Baranya county, Hungary. The name of the settlement is derived from the local crop of hops (komló), an ingredient of beer. By the 18th century a depiction of this plant running up a support already featured on the herald of the town. The former village of Komló became a planned mining city during the socialist era. It was the second biggest mining centre in Hungary after Tatabánya. History The area was inhabited by the Romans, the ruins of 2nd-century Roman villas were discovered during the laying of foundations for new buildings in the area (Mecsekjánosi, Körtvélyes). The existence of the once village is first mentioned in a charter from 1256 as 'villa Compleov', then part of the estates of the Pécsvárad Abbey. New Start (Hungary)
New Start (, , ÚK), also known as UK, was a political party in Hungary between 2017 and 2025, founded by György Gémesi, mayor of Gödöllő. The party adhered to a Third Way political philosophy. History The party was founded in 2017, although Gémesi had floated the formation of his own party on previous occasions. Mánfa is a village in Baranya county, Hungary. Geography Mánfa is situated in the Mecsek Mountains in Southern Hungary.
