Kreiz Breizh Elites Dames (full title Tour de Belle Isle en Terre–Kreiz Breizh Elites Dames) is a women's multiple-stage road cycling race held annually in Brittany Brittany ( ) is a peninsula, historical country and cultural area in the north-west of modern France, covering the western part of what was known as Armorica in Roman Gaul. It became an Kingdom of Brittany, independent kingdom and then a Duch .... The first edition was held in 2018 as a 1.2 category one-day race on the UCI women's road cycling calendar and since 2019 it is held as a 2.2 category race over two days. Since 2022, it has been a one-day competition again. It has the same organisers as the men's Kreiz Breizh Elites stage race. Danielle Christmas (born 21 December 1987) is a British former racing cyclist and middle-distance runner, who last rode for UCI Women's Continental Team . She is currently a commentator on Eurosport for women's cycling, and also a DS (Director Sportife) for the AG Insurance - Soudal women's professional cycling team Athletics career Prior to cycling, she was a middle-distance runner. She signed up with Crawley Athletic Club and began competing for them at age 12.
