Kovai Brothers
''Kovai Brothers'' is a 2006 Tamil-language comedy spoof film written, produced, and directed by Sakthi Chidambaram. The film stars Sathyaraj, Sibiraj, Vadivelu, Namitha, Uma and Kovai Sarala. The music was composed by D. Imman. The film was dubbed in Telugu as ''Pokiri Brothers''. Plot ''Kovai Brothers'' tells of Ganesh and Vasanth, who are friends who come to Chennai to take revenge on the killers of Ganesh's niece. The duo stays with Ekadasi and then works in a TV channel that exposes corruption in the society. Sanya also works as an anchor in the same channel. Ganesh and Vasanth both see Sanaya and fall for her. Ganesh and Vasanth take on the bad guys and corruption besides falling for the same girl. The rest of the film is on how they kill the rowdies and who wins Sanya's love. Sakthi Chidambaram
Sakthi N Chidambaram (born Dinakar), is an Indian film director, who directs Tamil films. Career His real name is C. Dhinakaran. He first wrote the dialogues for the films '' Kottai Vaasal'' (1992), '' Veettai Paaru Naattai Paaru'' (1994), '' Uzhiyan'' (1994) and '' Pathavi Pramanam'' (1994). Chidambaram made his directorial debut in 1997 with '' Samrat'', starring Ramki, a remake of Hindi film '' Baazigar''. In 1998, he directed the film ''Vettu Onnu Thundu Rendu'', starring Mansoor Ali Khan in the lead role. Both films were failures. After a gap, he changed his name and directed '' Ennamma Kannu'' (2000) with Sathyaraj. The film received mixed reviews and did well. Karthik (born 7 November 1980) is an Indian playback singer and composer. Karthik started his professional singing career as a backing vocalist and has since been working as a playback singer. He has sung more than 8000 songs in 15 Indian languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Odia, Bengali, Marathi and Hindi.
