Charis Kostakis (; born 12 July 1990) is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Although he was born in Ioannina, Kostakis began playing football in the youth system of Ajax Amsterdam at age 15. Ajax loaned him to Dutch amateur side Stormvogels Telstar at age 19. Soon after, Kostakis returned to Greece and joined Greek second division club Ethnikos Piraeus F.C. on a three-year contract. Kostakis Artymatas (, born 15 April 1993) is a Cypriot professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for and captains both Cypriot First Division club Anorthosis Famagusta and the Cyprus national team. Club career Early career Artymatas started his playing career when he was eight years old at Enosis Neon Paralimni academies and at age sixteen he moved to Nottingham Forest academies in England where he stayed for three years. He returned to Cyprus in June 2012 and he made his professional debut with Enosis Neon Paralimni on 15 September 2012, in a league match against Anorthosis Famagusta which ended in 1–1 draw. Nikos Kostakis (, born 16 February 1973) is a Greek professional football (soccer) goalkeeper, currently playing for Thrasivoulos Filis F.C. in the Greek second division. He is known mainly for young adult fiction, and his 2023 novel ''We Could Be Something'' won the 2024 Prime Minister's Literary Award for Young Adult Fiction. George Costakis (, Greek: Γεώργιος Κωστάκης, 5 July 1913 - 9 March 1990) was a Greek-Russian art collector who amassed one of the largest private collections of Russian avant-garde art in the world.
