Kaisa Korhonen
Kaisa Korhonen (20 July 1941 – 25 April 2024) was a Finnish theatre director, actor, singer and dramaturge. She was a central figure in the Finnish leftist music scene of the 1960s and 1970s, appearing both as a solo artist, and with KOM-teatteri. After her singing career, Korhonen became an accomplished director and teacher of theatre directing. Career Korhonen studied scenography at the ''Taideteollinen oppilaitos'' (now Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture) between 1961 and 1965. Korhonen had first started singing in public in 1962, but Korhonen's career as a vocalist really began in the spring of 1964, with performances at the ''Lilla Teatern'' in Helsinki. At the time, Korhonen also starred in the ''Orvokit'' series of political cabarets, which aired on the radio between 1965 and 1966. Keijo Korhonen (politician)
Keijo Tero Korhonen (23 February 1934 – 6 June 2022) was a Finnish politician, ambassador, and professor. During his political career, he served as the Finnish foreign minister and Permanent Representative of Finland to the United Nations. He was an unsuccessful candidate for President of Finland in 1994. He was also a professor at the University of Helsinki and an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona. Political career Korhonen was the Finnish foreign minister between 1976 and 1977 representing the Centre Party. From 1983 to 1988, he was the Permanent Representative of Finland to the United Nations. Korhonen was an independent candidate for the presidential election in 1994. Kari Korhonen (born July 24, 1943 in Sotkamo) is a Finnish mycologist and forest pathologist, known for his studies of fungi causing root rot. Korhonen graduated as a biologist from the University of Helsinki in 1968. He made his career as a researcher at the Finnish Forest Research Institute in Helsinki, beginning in 1973. From the start his research concentrated on the forest pathogen fungi then known as '' Heterobasidion annosum'' and ''Armillaria mellea''. Kalle Korhonen
Kaarlo (Kaarle) Eeronpoika Korhonen (; 27 December 187811 February 1938) was a Finnish farmer, politician and member of the Parliament of Finland, the national legislature of Finland. A member of the Social Democratic Party, he represented Oulu Province South between April 1917 and September 1918. Korhonen went to Soviet Russia during the Finnish Civil War and was executed there in 1938 during Stalin's Great Purge. Gunnar Aleksander Korhonen (22 April 1918 – 9 June 2001) was a Finnish politician and the CEO of Finnair from 1960–1987. Career Korhonen had a degree in economics and worked as a civil servant. Kari Korhonen
(born 8 October 1973) is a Finnish cartoonist known for his stories about Donald Duck.
