Konnerud IL
Konnerud Idrettslag (Konnerud Sports Club) is a Norwegian sports club from Drammen, Buskerud. It has sections for association football, team handball, volleyball, bandy, Nordic skiing, cycling, and orienteering. It was founded in 1927 as a skiing club. Football was added in 1930, handball in 1946, orienteering in 1953, bandy in 1980, volleyball in 1984 and cycling in 2007. The club formerly had sections for athletics from 1930 to 1992, tennis from 1985 to 1992 and judo from 1990 to 1998. The skiing section also formerly encompassed alpine skiing; the 1952 Olympian Johnny Lunde represented the club. The men's football team currently plays in the Fourth Division, the fifth tier of Norwegian football. It last played in the Norwegian Third Division in 2010. Drammen
Drammen () is a city and municipality in Viken, Norway. The port and river city of Drammen is centrally located in the south-eastern and most populated part of Norway. Drammen municipality also includes smaller towns and villages such as Konnerud, Svelvik, Mjøndalen and Skoger. Location Drammen is located west of the Oslofjord and is situated approximately 44 km South-west of Oslo. Norwegian Third Division
The Norwegian Third Division, also called 3. divisjon, is the fourth highest division of the men's football league in Norway. Like the rest of the Norwegian football league system, the season runs from spring to autumn, running approximately from April to October. After the 2010 season, the league was reorganised, reducing the number of teams to 164 and halving the number of parallel sections from 24 to 12. After the 2016 season, the league was again reorganised, reducing the number of teams from 164 to 84, and halved the number of groups from twelve to six. The Norwegian Bandy Premier League no, Eliteserien is the top level of bandy in Norway. National bandy champions have been named yearly since 1912, but the league was only founded in 1932. The league consists of eight teams. After the regular league, the leading teams goes to a play-off which decides what team will be the Norwegian champion.
