The , signed as Route 7, is one of the tolled routes of the Shuto Expressway system serving the Greater Tokyo Area. The route is a long radial highway running east from the Tokyo ward of Sumida to the ward of Edogawa. It connects Tokyo's Mukojima Route in central Tokyo to the Keiyō Road which connects Tokyo to Chiba Prefecture and its capital, the city of Chiba. The Sōbu Line (Rapid) ( ja, 総武快速線, ) is a railway service on the Sōbu Main Line in Tokyo and Chiba Prefecture, Japan, operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East). It connects Tokyo Station in Chūō, Tokyo with Chiba Station in Chūō-ku, Chiba via the cities of Ichikawa, Funabashi, and Narashino.
