Kohrra
''Kohrra'' is an Indian Punjabi-language crime thriller police procedural television series on Netflix created by Sudip Sharma, Gunjit Chopra, Diggi Sisodia and directed by Randeep Jha Produced under Karnesh Sharma's Clean Slate Films in collaboration with Netflix, the series stars Survinder Vicky, Barun Sobti, Harleen Sethi, Saurav Khurana, Rachel Shelley and Manish Chaudhary in lead roles. The series premiered on 15 July 2023 on Netflix. The series was renewed for a second season in August 2024. At the 2023 Filmfare OTT Awards, ''Kohrra'' received 9 nominations, including Best Drama Series and Best Director in a Drama Series (Jha), and won 5 awards, including Best Director in a Series (Critics) (Jha), Best Actor in a Drama Series (Vicky) and Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series (Sobti). 2023 Filmfare OTT Awards
2023 Filmfare OTT Awards, the fourth edition of awards presented to honour artistic and technical excellence in original programming on Over-the-top media service, over-the-top streaming media in Hindi-language. Web original shows or films released across OTT platforms between 1 August 2022 and 31 July 2023 were eligible for Awards. Nominations were announced by ''Filmfare'' on 22 November 2023. Jubilee (TV series), ''Jubilee'' led the ceremony with 17 nominations, followed by Gulmohar (2023 film), ''Gulmohar'' with 14 nominations, ''Rocket Boys (web series), Rocket Boys (Season 2)'' with 13 nominations, and ''Darlings (film), Darlings'' with 11 nominations. Sudip Sharma is an Indian screenwriter and producer. He is best known as the creator, writer and executive producer of ''Paatal Lok'' and ''Kohrra''. Early life Sharma was born in Guwahati and studied there till the 10th grade before moving to Delhi to pursue further education. In 2002, upon receiving his MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad, Sharma relocated to Mumbai and began working with corporate giants in the FMCG sector.
