The Singapore Premier League, commonly abbreviated as the SPL, officially known as the AIA Singapore Premier League for sponsorship reasons, is a men's professional football league sanctioned by the Football Association of Singapore (FAS), which represents the sport's highest level in the Singapore football league system. Peter De Roo
Peter de Roo (born on 16 February 1970) is a Dutch professional football coach and former footballer. He played professional football for twelve years, mainly for BV Veendam and SC Cambuur from 1996 to 2002. He is currently the head coach of Liga 1 club Persis Solo. Managerial career After his playing career, de Roo became a coach and technical director in Dutch professional football at SC Cambuur. 2024–25 Singapore Cup
The 2024–25 Singapore Cup will be the 25th edition of the Singapore Cup, Singapore's annual premier club Association football, football knock-out tournament organised by the Football Association of Singapore. Lion City Sailors are the defending champions, having won the tournament in 2023 after defeating previous champions Hougang United 3–1 in the final.
