Kockduellen
Kockduellen was a Swedish food cooking-contest airing over TV 4. It originally aired between 26 August 1996 – 2000 with Staffan Ling as host, and subsequently with Peder Lamm from 2000-2008. Among the chefs in the programme were Leif Mannerström, Gert Klötzke, Fredrik Eriksson, Mathias Dahlgren and Christian Hellberg. Format Two teams competed against each other in cooking. Every team had one celebrity Celebrity is a condition of fame and broad public recognition of a person or group as a result of the attention given to them by mass media. An individual may attain a celebrity status from having great wealth, their participation in sports ... guest and one professional chef. Staffan Ling
Staffan Ling (born 8 November 1944) is a Swedish actor and television presenter. Ling moved to Umeå to study humanities at the Umeå University during his early years, and became one of the founders of the local student theatre (Umeå Nya Studentteater) in 1964. He was a producer at Sveriges Radio and SVT in Umeå between 1971 and 1987. Amongst the shows he has presented is the quiz show ''Femettan'' broadcast on SVT, the comedy show ''Parlamentet'' and the game show ''Stadskampen'', both on TV4. Along with actor Bengt Andersson he participated in ''Sant och sånt'' from 1972 to 1987, a show for children featuring simple scientific and technical experiments and explanations of how things work. Christian Hellberg
Christian Hellberg (born 1972) is a Swedish chef and co-author of the cookbook ''Flavours from Fjällbacka'', along with his childhood friend Camilla Läckberg. Many know him from 'Dinner Secrets from the Abbey,' in which he participated several times; in the spring of 2008 he was one of the two chefs who competed against each other in 'Chefs Duel.' Chefs duel is a big favorite-under the direction of chef Erik Brännström friends or colleagues compete for who is "best" in the kitchen; each team must cook in the evening and present an appetizer, main course and dessert. Hellberg has cooked for events for the annual Nobel Peace Prize awards, such as banquets. TV4 (''TV fyra'') is a Swedish free-to-air television network owned by TV4 AB, a subsidiary of the TV4 Media AB. It started broadcasting by satellite in 1990 and, since 1992, on terrestrial television. In 1994, TV4 became the largest channel and remained so for a number of years. The two channels of Sveriges Television (SVT) lost more and more viewers for a couple of years. After making schedule changes in 2001, SVT1 had practically the same numbers of viewers as TV4. Leif Mannerström
Leif Reinhold Mannerström, (born 17 March 1940 in Stockholm) is a Swedish restaurateur. Between 1994 and 2010 he ran the restaurant Sjömagasinet in Gothenburg. He was apart of the judges of the cooking shows ''Sveriges mästerkock'' and "Sveriges yngsta mästerkock" that are broadcast on TV4.
