Kleneggen
Kleneggen or Høgbøra is a mountain in Molde Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county. The tall mountain is the highest point in Molde Municipality (it was part of Nesset Municipality prior to 2020). The mountain peak is located in the alpine mountain area between the Eikesdalen valley in Molde Municipality and the village of Verma in the Romsdalen valley (in Rauma Municipality). From the top, there are views along Eikesdalsvatnet lake. Nesset is a former municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The municipality existed from 1838 until its dissolution in 2020. Eikesdalen is a river valley and a small village in Molde Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The river Aura flows through the valley. The village is located at the south end of the lake Eikesdalsvatnet at the mouth of the river Aura. Most of the valley is filled by the lake and until 1991, taking a ferry across the lake was the only access between north and south of the valley. Romsdalen is a valley in the western part of Norway. The long valley runs from the Romsdalsfjorden through Rauma Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county and into Lesja Municipality in Innlandet county.
