TSV Kleinrinderfeld
The TSV Kleinrinderfeld is a German association football club from the town of Kleinrinderfeld, Bavaria. The club's greatest success came in 2012 when it qualified for the new northern division of the expanded Bayernliga, the fifth tier of the German football league system but it lasted for only one season at this level before being relegated again. History For most of its history the club has been a non-descript amateur side in local Bavarian football. The club was formed as ATSV Kleinrinderfeld in 1923 as a working men's sports club. Because of this background ATSV was outlawed by the Nazis in 1933 and it took until 1937 for a new club to be granted permission to form, the TSV Kleinrinderfeld. From 1990 onwards the club played in the Bezirksliga Unterfranken-Mitte. It changed to the western division in 1993 and earned promotion to the Bezirksoberliga for the first time. Würzburg (district)
Würzburg is a ''Landkreis'' (district) in the northwestern part of Bavaria, Germany. Neighboring districts are (from the north, clockwise) Main-Spessart, Schweinfurt, Kitzingen, Neustadt (Aisch)-Bad Windsheim, and the district Main-Tauber in Baden-Württemberg. The city Würzburg is not part of the district, although it is completely enclosed by it. History In 1852, districts were created in the region, including the two precursor districts of Würzburg and Ochsenfurt. In 1972 the previous district Würzburg was merged with the former district Ochsenfurt, and several municipalities from the districts Marktheidenfeld, Karlstadt, Kitzingen and Gerolzhofen were added to form the district with today's borders. The Bayernliga (English: Bavarian league) is the highest amateur football league and the second highest football league (under the Regionalliga Bayern) in the state of Bavaria (german: Bayern) and the Bavarian football league system. It is one of fourteen Oberligas in German football, the fifth tier of the German football league system. Until the introduction of the 3. Liga in 2008 it was the fourth tier of the league system, until the introduction of the Regionalligas in 1994 the third tier. From the 2012–13 season onwards, the league has been divided once more into a northern and a southern division, having previously placed in single division format since 1963.
