Klaus-Peter Müller (born 16 September 1944 in Duppach, Germany) was chairman of the supervisory board of Commerzbank until the annual general meeting on 8 May 2018. Early life and education Klaus-Peter Müller is the son of Peter Müller, a former voluntary mayor of the city of Düsseldorf. After finishing his apprenticeship at the bank in Düsseldorf (1962–1964), he completed military service (1964–1966) in a number of roles, for example as a reserve officer candidate at Radio Andernach, the radio station of the Psychological Defence Force (). He finished his military service with the rank of First Lieutenant of the Reserve. Career Müller joined Commerzbank as an employee in 1966. He worked in the bank's Düsseldorf branch from 1966 to 1968 before moving to the New York branch, where he worked from 1968 to 1973. Klaus-Peter Willsch (28 February 1961, Bad Schwalbach) is a German politician of the CDU party and member of the Bundestag, representing Rheingau-Taunus – Limburg. Early life and education Willsch attended the University of Mainz and received a master's degree in Economics and Political science. Klaus-Peter Thaler (born 14 May 1949 in Eckmannshausen, North Rhine-Westphalia) is a former professional cyclist whose career spanned from 1976 to 1988, he was successful in road-racing and cyclo-cross. He was world cyclo-cross champion twice as an amateur and twice as a professional and German champion eight times. Biography Thaler studied at the University of Siegen and received a post-graduate degree as a middle school teacher for physical education and geography. From 1974-76 he attended the German Coaching Academy in Cologne, writing his diploma thesis under the guidance of Arnd Krüger. In 1976, Thaler entered the Olympic Games, in the road race. He finished in ninth place. He turned professional one year later. In the 1978 Tour de France, Thaler led the race for two days, after his team won the team time trial. Klaus-Peter Siegloch (born 15 May 1946) is a former German journalist and lobbyist. Life Siegloch was born in Hamburg. He studied sociology, economics and political science at the University of Hamburg, graduating in 1973. Siegloch worked as a television journalist between 1973 and 2011, for German public broadcaster ARD from 1973 to 1988 and from 1988 to 2011 for ZDF. His professional career began in 1973, as an editor at NDR, where he worked on the ''Tagesschau'' and on regional broadcasts; from 1982 to 1985, he also presented news magazine ''Tagesthemen''. Klaus-Peter Sabotta was an extortionist who sabotaged German railways in December 1998, only six months after the Eschede disaster. He claimed to represent former employees of the German railway operator Deutsche Bahn who had been made redundant, and demanded a ransom of DM10 million. His motive for the crime was a need to pay off heavy debts he had incurred in his business activities. The first act of tampering, near Wilmersdorf was detected and repaired before any train passed, while a second attack on the InterCityExpress line at the small town of Uchtspringe, 60 kilometres north of Magdeburg, failed to derail its intended target. The third act of sabotage, near Anklam resulted in the derailment of a northbound freight train. Had a passenger train due at the time not been half an hour late, it would have smashed into the wreckage of the freight train.
