Kjersti Holmen
Kjersti Holmen (8 February 1956 – 26 September 2021) was a Norwegian actress. She was born on Nøtterøy, and later moved to Alnabru, where she grew up with her parents and two sisters. She graduated from the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre in 1980, and was employed at the National Theatre since 1981 – permanently since 1992. There she had roles such as "Eliza Doolittle" in George Bernard Shaw's '' Pygmalion'', the title role in Henrik Ibsen's ''Hedda Gabler'' and "Blanche" in Tennessee Williams' ''A Streetcar Named Desire''. Holmen was also a well-known television and film actress, and had her break-through on the big screen in the 1985 film '' Orions belte''. She won the Amanda – the main Norwegian film award – twice: in 1993 for her role in ''Telegrafisten'', and in 2000 for the two films '' S.O.S.'' and ''Sophie's World''. Nøtterøy
Nøtterøy is a List of former municipalities of Norway, former municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The island municipality existed from 1838 until its dissolution on 1 January 2018. The area is now part of Færder Municipality. The administrative centre was the village of Borgheim. Other villages in Nøtterøy included Årøysund, Buerstad, Duken, Føynland, Glomstein, Hårkollen, Kjøpmannskjær, Nesbrygga, Oterbekk, Skallestad, Skjerve, Strengsdal, Tenvik, Torød, Vestskogen, and Vollen, Vestfold, Vollen. The whole northern part of the municipality was considered to be part of the Tønsberg (town), city of Tønsberg metropolitan area. Sverre Anker Ousdal
Sverre Anker Ousdal (born 18 July 1944) is a Norwegian retired actor. He is the father of actor Mads Ousdal. Biography Ousdal was born in Flekkefjord, Norway on 18 July 1944. He made his debut in 1965 at Den Nationale Scene in Bergen. He worked at the Oslo Nye Teater between 1967 and 1970, and is since 1970 part of Norway's National Theatre ensemble. He has had major roles in several TV-series like ''Grenseland'' (1980), ''Blodsbånd'' (1998, for which he was awarded an Amanda), ''Familjen'' (Swedish) and ''Deadline Torp'' (2005). He also received the Amanda Award in 1990 for his part in the NRK play ''Kreditorer''. In 1997 he was made a Knight First Class of the Royal Norwegian Order of St Olav for his acting work. The National Theatre in Oslo () is one of Norway's largest and most prominent venues for performance of dramatic arts. History The theatre had its first performance on 1 September 1899 but can trace its origins to Christiania Theatre, which was founded in 1829. ''An Immortal Man'' (''En udødelig mann'') is a miniseries on Henrik Ibsen's childhood and youth in three episodes, produced by the NRK in 2006 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Ibsen's death. It was directed by Berit Nesheim and written by Siri Senje, and first broadcast on NRK1 on 26, 27 and 28 December 2006.
