Kirsi Helen (née Perälä, born May 6, 1982, in Forssa) is a Finnish cross-country skier who has competed since 2001. At the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, she finished 19th in the individual sprint event. Helen also finished 23rd in the sprint event at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2009 in Liberec Liberec (; ) is a city in the Czech Republic. The 2009–10 FIS Cross-Country World Cup was a multi-race tournament over the season for cross-country skiers. FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2009 – Women's Team Sprint
The Women's team sprint took place on 25 February 2009. Team sprint qualifying at 11:00 CET and finals at 13:00 CET. The defending Cross-country skiing at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2009, world champions were Finland's Riitta-Liisa Roponen and Virpi Kuitunen.
