Kirkman Finlay III (born February 16, 1970) is an American politician. He is a former member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 75th District, serving since 2012. He is a member of the Republican Party. In the 2022 general election he was defeated by Democrat Heather Bauer. His father, Kirkman Finlay Jr., was mayor of Columbia, South Carolina Columbia is the capital of the U.S. state of South Carolina. Heather Bauer is an American politician of the Democratic Party. She is the member of the South Carolina House of Representatives representing District 75.
