Kiril Milov
Kiril Milenov Milov ( bg, Кирил Миленов Милов, 27 January 1997) is a Bulgarian Greco-Roman wrestler. He is a two-time silver medalist in the men's 97kg event at the World Wrestling Championships (2018 and 2022). He represented Bulgaria at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. Career At the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics held in Nanjing, China, Milov won the silver medal in the 85kg event. Milov won the silver medal in the 97kg event at the 2018 World Wrestling Championships held in Budapest, Hungary. In 2019, he won the silver medal in the 97kg event at the European Wrestling Championships held in Bucharest, Romania. In the final, he lost against Musa Evloev of Russia. The 2021 World Wrestling Championships was the 17th edition of the World Wrestling Championships of combined events and was held from 2 to 10 October 2021 in Oslo, Norway. The event was subsequent to the 2019 World Championships due to the cancelation of the 2020 edition during the COVID-19 pandemic. 2024 European Wrestling Championships
The 2024 European Wrestling Championships was held from 12 to 18 February 2024 in Bucharest, Romania. At the 2024 European Championships, in accordance with sanctions imposed following by the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, wrestlers from Russia and Belarus were not permitted to use the name, flag, or anthem of Russia or Belarus. They instead participated as "Individual Neutral Athletes (AIN)", their medals were not included in the official medal table. Cenk İldem
Cenk İldem (; born January 5, 1986, in Şişli, Istanbul) is a male wrestler from Turkey competing in the 96 kg division of Greco-Roman style. He is a member of the İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi S.K., where he is coached by his father Hüseyin İldem. Personal life His father Hüseyin İldem was a wrestler of Greco-Romen style competing in the 74 kg division for the national team in the years 1980–90. Cenk İldem began with wrestling at the age of ten, with his father's encouragement. Hüseyin İldem coaches his son since then. Cenk's younger brother Kansu also competes in wrestling. Cenk İldem studied physical education and sports at Niğde University. Since 2007, he serves as a teacher at Şişli Industrial Vocational High School in Istanbul. He married in 2011. The 2021 European Wrestling Olympic Qualification Tournament is the second regional qualifying tournament for the 2020 Summer Olympics. The event was held from 18 to 21 March 2021, in BOK Sports Hall, Budapest, Hungary. Qualification summary A total of 36 athletes secured a spot in the 2020 Summer Olympics, in Tokyo, Japan. Musa Evloev
Musa Gilaniyevich Evloev ( rus, Муса Гиланиевич Евлоев, , mʊˈsa ɪ̯ɪˈvɫo(ɪ̯)ɪf; born 31 March 1993) is a Russian Greco-Roman wrestler. He won the gold medal in the 97 kg event at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. He is also a two-time world champion and two-time national champion, having won in 2016 and 2017. Internationally, Evloev won silver at the 2017 World Wrestling Championships in Paris, France, losing to Artur Aleksanyan from Armenia. That year he also won the 2017 Wrestling World Cup in Tehran, Iran. Bulgaria competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Originally scheduled to take place from 24 July to 9 August 2020, the Games were postponed to 23 July to 8 August 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Bulgarian athletes have appeared in every edition of the Summer Olympics since 1924, except for three occasions: the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, and the 1932 and 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles because of Bulgaria's actions in World War II and the worldwide Great Depression and Soviet boycott, respectively.
