Kingston State College is an independent public co-educational secondary school located in the Logan City suburb of Kingston within Queensland, Australia. It is administered by the Queensland Department of Education, with an enrolment of 772 students and a teaching staff of 80, as of 2023. The school serves students from Year 7 to Year 12. History The Minister for Education, V. J. Bird (MLA), opened Kingston State High School on 24 January 1977. In 1986, parents at the school began to notice that many students were arriving undernourished, which hindered their ability to focus on lessons and participate in activities.
