Kinga Rajda
Kinga Rajda (born 22 December 2000) is a Polish Ski jumping, ski jumper. She is a member of the national team, a two-time Polish Champion (2015, 2016) and competed at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2019, 2019 World Championships. On 30 January 2016 in Oberstdorf, after jumping to 86.5 and 83.0 meters, she took 30th place in the World Cup competition, thus becoming the second female Polish ski jumper in history (after Magdalena Pałasz), who scored points in this competition. On 2 March 2019, she took part in the mixed team, alongside Kamil Stoch, Dawid Kubacki and Kamila Karpiel, at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2019, 2019 World Championships, it was Poland's debut in the mixed team at World Championships. The Polish mixed team was surprisingly in third after the first round and took 6th place at the end. Szczyrk
Szczyrk (; ; ) is a town in the Beskid Śląski mountains of southern Poland, situated in the valley of the Żylica river. It is part of the Silesian Voivodeship (since 1999), previously being part of the Bielsko-Biała Voivodeship (1975–1998). It has a population of 5,734 people (2019). __TOC__ History First permanent human settlements in the area of present-day Szczyrk were reported in 16th century. According to chronicles, the village was inhabited by around 100 people in the 1730s. Initially, the majority of inhabitants were exclusively engaged in agriculture and sheep farming. Over the course of time, they began producing cloth from sheep's wool. Timber felling was also carried out in the area. Râșnov Ski Jump
Râșnov Ski Jump () is a ski jumping hill located within the Râșnov Sports Complex, in the Cărbunării Valley, southeast of Râșnov, Romania. It is the country's second largest ski jumping hill after the disused 110-meter Tintina. The whole ski jumping complex consists of four hills, with K-points of 90, 64, 35 and 15 meters, respectively. The 90-meter hill was designed by a Romanian architect and opened in 2012. The three other smaller hills were designed by the Austrian architect Christian Aske. History Râșnov ski jumping hill has been in existence since 1936. The newly built jumps are located on the outskirts of Râșnov, three kilometers southeast of the city center. The 2018–19 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup was the 40th World Cup season in ski jumping for men, the 22nd official World Cup season in ski flying, and the 8th World Cup season for ladies. The season began on 17 November 2018 in Wisła for men and in Lillehammer for ladies; the season concluded on 24 March 2019 in Planica for men and in Chaykovsky for ladies. The first edition of ladies' Raw Air was organized simultaneously with men's edition between 9–14 March 2019. And at the end of the season new tournament called "Russia Tour Blue Bird" for ladies was organized in Nizhny Tagil and Chaykovsky between 16 and 24 March 2019. New rules have been introduced at the 2018 Fall meeting in Zürich: from now on one Continental Cup point will be enough to perform at the Ski Flying event and not one World Cup point anymore. The 2017–18 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup was the 39th World Cup season in ski jumping for men, the 21st official World Cup season in ski flying, and the 7th World Cup season for ladies. The season began on 19 November 2017 in Wisła, Poland, and concluded on 25 March 2018 in Planica, Slovenia. The highlight of the ladies' season was the first edition of the "Lillehammer Triple", contested between 1–3 December 2017 in Lillehammer, with a total of three individual events: two on the normal hill and one on the large hill. The best athletes of these three competitions received an additional prize money of €10,000 (divided between the Top 3). On 16 December 2017, the first ever ladies' World Cup team event was held in Hinterzarten. The 2016–17 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup was the 38th World Cup season in ski jumping for men, the 20th official World Cup season in ski flying and the 6th World Cup season for ladies.
