KINE-FM
KINE-FM (105.1  FM, "Hawaiian 105 KINE") is a commercial radio station licensed to Honolulu, Hawaii, United States. It is owned by SummitMedia and it broadcasts a Hawaiian adult contemporary radio format. The station's studios and offices are on Fort Street near Nimitz Highway in Downtown Honolulu. KINE-FM has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 100,000 watts horizontal polarization and 81,000 watts vertical. The transmitter is off Palehua Road on Palikea Ridge in Akupu. KINE-FM is also heard on Oceanic Spectrum digital channel 855 for the entire state of Hawaii. History Early years KINE-FM signed on the air in . ''The Kine Saga'' is a heroic fantasy trilogy written by British author A. R. Lloyd (Alan Richard Lloyd). It comprises ''Kine'' (also published as ''Marshworld''), ''Witchwood'' and ''Dragon Pond'' (first published as ''Dragonpond''), and chronicles the life of a wild least weasel named Kine. ''Kirby'' is an Action game, action-Platform game, platform video game series developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo. The series centers around the adventures of Kirby (character), Kirby as he fights to protect and save his home on the distant Planet Popstar from a variety of threats. The majority of the games in the series are Side-scrolling video game, side-scrolling platformers with Puzzle video game, puzzle-solving and beat 'em up elements. Kirby has the ability to inhale enemies and objects into his mouth, spitting them out as a projectile or eating them. If he inhales certain enemies, he can gain the powers or properties of that enemy manifesting as a new weapon or power-up called a Copy Ability.
