''Killjoys'' is a Canadian space adventure drama series that aired on Space (now CTV Sci-Fi) in Canada. Primarily a science fiction series, ''Killjoys'' follows a trio of hard-living bounty hunters—Dutch ( Hannah John-Kamen), Johnny (Aaron Ashmore), and D'avin (Luke Macfarlane). The series ran for five seasons, ending in 2019. It was officially ordered to series on October 7, 2013, with a 10-episode pick-up. In April 2014, it was announced that Syfy would co-produce the series, and the first season premiered June 19, 2015. In September 2017, Syfy renewed the series for a fourth and a fifth season, each to consist of 10 episodes. The fifth and final season premiered July 19, 2019, and concluded on September 20, 2019. ''Killjoy'' is a 2000 American fantasy slasher film directed by Craig Ross, starring Ángel Vargas. It follows a young man who’s murdered and seeks revenge through a killer demon clown named Killjoy. It is the first entry in the ''Killjoy'' franchise. Plot Two young women, Monique and Jada, are talking when Michael, a nerdy kid walking home from school, encounters them. Jada and Michael are friends, and Michael asks her out, but Jada politely rejects him because she has a boyfriend, a gangster named Lorenzo. Lorenzo, coincidentally, drives by with buddies T-Bone and Baby Boy in the car and sees Michael talking to Jada. They stop and beat up Michael while a homeless man watches on silently from an alley. E-Man is a comic-book character, a superhero created by writer Nicola Cuti and artist Joe Staton for the American company Charlton Comics in 1973. Although the character's original series was short-lived, the lightly humorous hero has become a cult classic occasionally revived by different independent comics publishers. The character was originally owned by Charlton but was eventually transferred to its creators.
