Sean Killion
Sean Thomas Killion (born October 24, 1967) is an American former competition swimmer for the University of California at Berkeley, and a 1991 Havana Pan American Games gold medalist, who represented the United States at the 1992 Summer Olympics in the 400 and 1500-meter freestyle. While a student at U.C. Berkeley on July 27, 1987, Killion set a 15 year standing American record in the 800-meter freestyle with a time of 7:52.49. After his swimming career, he moved to the San Francisco Bay area in the 90's, where he worked in sales for Federal Express and Indeed Inc., later coaching swimming. Early swimming Killion was born in Camden, New Jersey, on October 24, 1967 to Tom and Ann Killion, but the family moved to Old Orchard, New Jersey the year Sean was born. Tom Killion (artist)
Tom Killion (born 1953) is an American artist, author, African historian and educator. He is internationally known for printmaking linocut, woodcut and letterpress techniques. The subject matter of his artwork is often the landscapes of Northern California. His art studio is in Inverness Ridge, on the Point Reyes Peninsula in Marin County, California. Three of his books were co-authored by the Pulitzer Prize-winning Beat poet Gary Snyder. Killion has taught African history classes at Bowdoin College, University of Asmara and San Francisco State University. Kyle Killion
Kyle Killion (born February 1, 1984) is an American former college football player who was a linebacker for the Indiana Hoosiers. His father J.K. Killion played tight end for the Oklahoma Sooners from 1970 to 1974. Killion grew up in Kingwood, Texas, a suburb of Houston, and played for the Hoosiers from 2002 to 2005. As a freshman in 2002, he started the first three games before sustaining a knee injury, missed four games, and then played the final four games with a large brace on his knee. As a sophomore in 2003, he led Indiana with 97 tackles.
