Killarmy
Killarmy () is an American hip hop group that is affiliated with Wu-Tang Clan It is one of the earliest and most successful of the many Wu-Tang affiliates along with Sunz of Man. Killarmy's music consists of lyrics and songs focused on the themes of military combat, war, terrorism, conspiracy theories, and the teachings of the Five-Percent Nation. The group's instrumentals are usually somber with ominous dark undertones and a raw, gritty production style provided by 4th Disciple. Career Originally consisting of New York rappers 9th Prince (RZA's younger brother), Islord, Dom Pachino, Killa Sin, and Ohio-based producer 4th Disciple; it added Beretta 9 (a.k.a. Kinetic 9) and ShoGun Assasson to its membership in 1996, also from Ohio. 4th Disciple
Selwyn Bougard, now known as El-Divine Amir Bey (born May 23, 1974), better known by his stage name 4th Disciple, is a record producer and audio engineer who was one of the founding members of Killarmy and one of the best-known List of Wu-Tang Clan affiliates, Wu-Tang-affiliated producers. He is the only member of the Wu Elements to have worked on Wu-Tang Clan's first breakthrough album, as a mixer. Fear, Love & War
''Fear, Love & War'' is the third studio album by the American hip hop group Killarmy. It was released on September 11, 2001, through Loud Records. Recording sessions took place at 36 Chambers Studio in New York City. Production was handled primary by member 4th Disciple, as well as Falling Down, Mike "Trauma" D and Rebel Dainja, with the RZA and Divine surviving as executive producers. It features guest appearances from Frukwan, Lord Superb, Polite, Prodigal Sunn, U-God and Madam Scheez. The album features the singles "Feel It" b/w "Militant" and "Street Monopoly" b/w "Monster". While the album did not sell as well as the group's first two efforts, it received some critical acclaim, partly due to more mature and personal lyrical content, providing balance to the group's dark production, Five-Percenter militancy, and violent combat imagery. Terrance Hamlin, better known as 9th Prince, is an American rapper and one of the founding members of rap group Killarmy. He was initially responsible for bringing the various members together, under the guide of his brother. He released his solo debut album '' Granddaddy Flow'' in 2003. Jeryl Grant (born April 2, 1976) better known by his stage name Killa Sin is considered the best-known member of Killarmy and is regarded as one of the most skilled Wu-Tang Clan affiliates. Sunz of Man is a New York-based Wu-Tang Clan affiliated group that currently consists of Prodigal Sunn, Killah Priest, Hell Razah and 60 Second Assassin.
