Kickxellomycotina is a fungus grouping in the subkingdom of Zoopagomyceta . The name was changed from "Harpellomycotina", because "Kickxellomycotina" had an older stem. It came from the genus '' Kickxella'', named after Jean Kickx. Orders include Asellariales, Kickxellales, Dimargaritales, and Harpellales.
