Khotyn Raion ( uk, Хотинський район) was an administrative raion ( district) in the southern part of Chernivtsi Oblast in western Ukraine, on the Romanian border. It was part of the historical region of Bessarabia. The administrative center was the city of Khotyn. The region had an area of . Raions of Ukraine (often translated as "districts"; Ukrainian: ра́йон, tr. ''raion''; plural: райо́ни, tr. ''raiony'') are the second level of administrative division in Ukraine, below the oblast. Chernivtsi Raion ( uk, Чернівецький район) is a raion (district) of Chernivtsi Oblast, Ukraine. It was created in July 2020 as part of the reform of administrative divisions of Ukraine. The center of the raion is the city of Chernivtsi. Novoselytsia Raion ( uk, Новоселицький район, ro, Raionul Noua Suliță ) was a raion (administrative district) in Chernivtsi Oblast, (province) in the west of Ukraine.
