Khawar Maneka
Bushra Bibi (born 1970s) is a Pakistani faith healer and politician. She is married to Imran Khan who was the prime minister of Pakistan from 2018 to 2022. Early life Bushra Bibi was born in Pakpattan, located 250 km southwest of Lahore, in the early 1970s into a conservative, politically active landowning family in central Punjab. She belongs to the Wattoo clan, a landowning Jat group, of whom the Manekas are a sub-clan. Personal life First marriage Bushra married Khawar Maneka in 1989. Benazir Bhutto (21 June 1953 – 27 December 2007) was a Pakistani politician who served as the 11th prime minister of Pakistan from 1988 to 1990, and again from 1993 to 1996. ''Pir'' () or ''Peer'' is a title for a Sufi spiritual guide. They are also referred to as a '' Hazrat'' (from ) . The title is often translated into English as "saint". The Shrine of Baba Farid (; ) is a 13th-century Sufi shrine located in Pakpattan, Punjab, Pakistan dedicated to the Punjabi Sufi mystic and poet Baba Farid. The shrine is one of the most important in Pakistan, and was among the first Islamic holy sites in South Asia – providing the region's Muslims a local focus for devotion. Divorce In Pakistan
Divorce in Pakistan is mainly regulated under the Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act 1939 amended in 1961 and the Family Courts Act 1964. Similar to global trends divorce rate is increasing gradually in Pakistan too. In Punjab (Pakistan), in 2014 khula cases registered were 16,942 that rose to 18,901 cases in 2016. In 2019 in Karachi 11,143 cases filed, 2020 first quarter 3,800 cases filed, one and half year preceding to June 2020 cases filed were 14,943; out of which 4,752 disposed of effecting 2,000 women divorced in 2019 affecting 2100 children.
