Kew Siang Tong
Dato' Kew Siang Tong, also rendered as Siang Tong Kew, is a Malaysians, Malaysian physician, academic administrator and health bureaucrat. She is currently Professor in Internal Medicine and was the former Dean of the School of Medicine at the International Medical University in Kuala Lumpur. She has formerly been Head of Gastroenterology at Kuala Lumpur Hospital and worked in the Ministry of Health (Malaysia), Ministry of Health from 1999 to 2002. She has been Master of the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia, President of the College of Physicians and President of the Malaysian Society of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. She completed her studies in medicine at the University of Singapore in 1969. She became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 1996 and of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in the same year. The Malay language has a complex system of Style (manner of address), styles, titles and honorifics which are used extensively in Brunei, Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia and Singapore. Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, few provinces in the Philippines and several provinces in Indonesia regularly award honorary and life titles. What follows in this article is specific to the Malaysian system. References to Brunei and Indonesia are given when pertinent. In Malaysia, all non-hereditary titles can be granted to both men and women. Every title has a form of address which can be used by the wife of the title holder. Order Of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah
The Order of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah () is an obsolete order of chivalry conferred by the Sultan of Selangor as a reward for general services to the sultan and state of Selangor during the reigning of the late Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Al-Haj. It was established by the late Sultan on 30 September 1985 and it became obsolete following his demise on 21 November 2001. The order was awarded to high-ranking individuals who have contributed excellence to the Sultan of Selangor and His Majesty's Government. The order ranked below the Order of the Crown of Selangor and is currently ranked as the fourth order of chivalry, ranking equivalent to the extant Order of Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
