Kevin Quiambao
Karl Kevin Argana Quiambao (born April 22, 2001) is a Filipino college basketball player for the De La Salle Green Archers of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP). He has won championships in the juniors division and seniors division of the UAAP, and has played for the Philippine national team multiple times. Early life Quiambao's father and grandfather taught him how to play basketball, and he also looked up to the likes of Ryan Buenafe and Marc Pingris. He played in leagues in his barangay of Bayanan growing up. Lauro Mumar
Lauro "The Fox" Mumar (March 6, 1924 – December 20, 1990) was a Filipino basketball player and later served as the national team head coach of India and the Philippines. He was one of the greatest Filipino players of his time, playing alongside compatriot legend Carlos Loyzaga. He is the father of Lawrence "Larry" Mumar (30 November 1946 – 23 October 2001) who was also a basketball player. He is the grandfather of L. A. Mumar, Vico Sotto's half-brother. Indonesia Men's National Basketball Team
The Indonesia men's national basketball team represents the Republic of Indonesia in international basketball competitions. The governing body of the team is the ''Persatuan Bola Basket Seluruh Indonesia'' (Indonesian Basketball Association – ''PERBASI''). Its biggest success was the gold medal at the 1996 South East Asian Championship. Team Indonesia is one of the major teams in Southeast Asia. UAAP Season 82 Basketball Tournaments
The UAAP Season 82 basketball tournaments were the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) basketball tournaments for the 2019–20 school year. Jensen Ilagan, the technical director of the regional ASEAN Basketball League was appointed commissioner for the season's basketball tournaments on August 6, 2019. The senior men's and women's tournaments began on September 4, 2019, while the juniors' division which was sub-hosted by National University held their opening games on November 13 for the boys' tournament and on January 11, 2020 for the newly formed girls' competition. The UP Fighting Maroons are the collegiate varsity teams of the University of the Philippines, primarily off Diliman, which play in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP), the premiere sports league in the country. The Ateneo Blue Eagles are the collegiate varsity teams of the Ateneo de Manila University that play in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP), the premiere collegiate league in the Philippines. The collegiate women's varsity basketball team is called the ''Lady Eagles''. The Ateneo collegiate men's varsity basketball team was not always called the Blue Eagles. The UST Growling Tigers are the college athletic teams representing the University of Santo Tomas in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines. They hold the most UAAP Overall Championships with 44 Seniors' Overall Championships (out of 73 seasons) and 21 Juniors' Overall Championships (out of 26 seasons). UAAP Season 81 Basketball Tournaments
The UAAP Season 81 basketball tournaments were the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) basketball tournaments for the 2018–19 school year. Former NU Bulldogs athletic director Junel Baculi replaced Atty. Rebo Saguisag as commissioner for the season's basketball tournaments on August 28, 2018. Former Vietnam Basketball Association commissioner Tonichi Pujante was also appointed as assistant commissioner. The senior men's and women's tournaments began on September 8, 2018 while the games of the juniors' division began on November 11. The Ateneo Blue Eagles and the NU Lady Bulldogs successfully defended their championships this season. Ateneo finished first after the elimination round, followed by Adamson. Jack Danielle Santo Tomas Animam (born November 27, 1998) is a Filipino professional basketball player for Toulouse Métropole Basket of the Ligue Féminine de Basketball. She also represents the Philippine national team. Early life and education A native of Malolos, Bulacan, Animam was born to Ayo Jackson Animam from Nigeria and Erlinda Santo Tomas. Her mother was an Overseas Filipino Worker.
