Kevin Nathaniel House Jr. (born January 9, 1979) is an American former professional American football, football player. He played for the San Diego Chargers and Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). House graduated from George D. Chamberlain High School, Chamberlain High School in Tampa, Florida in 1997 where he played football and baseball. His father Kevin House, Kevin Sr. was a former wide receiver. Cornerback
A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football. Cornerbacks cover receivers most of the time, but also blitz and defend against such offensive running plays as sweeps and reverses. They create turnovers through hard tackles, interceptions, and deflecting forward passes. Other members of the defensive backfield include strong and free safeties. The cornerback position requires speed, agility, strength, and the ability to make rapid sharp turns. American football (referred to simply as football in the United States and Canada), also known as gridiron, is a team sport played by two teams of eleven players on a rectangular field with goalposts at each end.
