Kert Toobal
Kert Toobal (born 3 June 1979) is a former Estonian volleyball player, a long-term captain of the Estonia men's national volleyball team. After retiring from active sport Toobal took up the sporting director position in the Estonian Volleyball Federation. Estonian national team Kert Toobal was a member of the Estonian national team from 2001 to 2021 and represented Estonia at the 2009, 2011, 2015, 2017 and 2019 European Volleyball Championships. With the national team Toobal won the 2016 and 2018 European Volleyball League titles. Türi
Türi is a town in Järva County, Estonia. It is the administrative centre of Türi Parish. Due to its spring flower fairs, which have been held since 1977 and are known throughout Estonia, Türi has also been known as the "spring capital" of Estonia since 2000. Men's European Volleyball Championship
The Men's European Volleyball Championship (''EuroVolley'') is the official competition for senior men's national volleyball teams of Europe, organized by the European Volleyball Confederation ( CEV). The initial gap between championships was variable, but since 1975 they have been awarded every two years. The current champion is Poland, which won its second title at the 2023 tournament. History The first tournament was held in 1948 with participation of six national teams. Being only participant from Eastern Europe, Czechoslovakia captured gold. The teams from Eastern Europe dominated at the tournament for next four decades. The 2019 Men's European Volleyball Championship was the 31st edition of the Men's European Volleyball Championship, organised by Europe's governing volleyball body, the European Volleyball Confederation, CEV. The 2017 Men's European Volleyball Championship was the 30th edition of the Men's European Volleyball Championship, organised by Europe's governing volleyball body, the Confédération Européenne de Volleyball, CEV.
