Kerry Brown (American Football)
Kerry Brown (born June 19, 1985) is a former American football offensive lineman and left guard. He played for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League (NFL). He was signed by the Redskins as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Appalachian State and was inducted into the Appalachian State University Hall of Fame in 2016. Early life Brown attended and played high school football at Lassiter High School in Marietta, Georgia. College career Brown played college football at Appalachian State University, and was redshirted his first year. Kerry Brown (wrestler)
Kerry Brown (February 3, 1958 – September 10, 2009) was a Canadian professional wrestler. Brown was best known for working in Stampede Wrestling in the 1980s under his real name, but also wrestled in Puerto Rico, Montreal and the Maritimes using the ring name Rick Valentine. Career Beginning and Canadian promotions Brown began wrestling in 1979 in promotions located in Winnipeg. The following year, in 1980, began working in Kansas City, in the same promotion that his uncle "Bulldog" Bob Brown worked for. He then began working for Stampede Wrestling, a promotion based in Calgary. He quickly became known as a tag team wrestler in Stampede, teaming up with Duke Myers to win the Stampede Wrestling International Tag Team Championship for the first time on September 25, 1981. They won the championship for the second time on March 23, 1983, by defeating Leo Burke and David Schultz in a tournament final for the vacant championship. Kerry Paul Brown (born 1963) is a record producer, movie soundtrack producer, music editor, composer, artist manager, and a musician. He was the drummer in Chicago alternative rock band Catherine in the 1990s. He also played drums for the Smashing Pumpkins on the song "Blew Away" and produced "Starla" and "Plume" for the album ''Pisces Iscariot'' during his marriage to Smashing Pumpkins bass player, D'arcy Wretzky. As Musician Kerry wrote for, played drums for, recorded, and produced, his band Catherine from 1985 to 1998. They officially released one 7" single, an E.P., and two albums between 1991 and 1996. Catherine performed a one-off two song reunion set at a Smashing Pumpkins concert at the Riveria Theatre in Chicago, IL on 14 October 2011, featuring Billy Corgan on guitar. Kerry Brown (born 1967) is a British historian, author and sinologist specialising in Chinese history, international relations and politics. Brown is a current Professor of Chinese Studies and Director of the Lau China Institute at King's College, London, President of the Kent Archeological Society, and Associate Fellow on the Asia Pacific programme at Chatham House. From 2012 to 2015, he was a Professor of Chinese Politics and Director of the China Studies Centre at the University of Sydney, and from 1998 to 2005, he worked at the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office as First Secretary of the Embassy of the United Kingdom, Beijing from 2000 to 2003, and then as Head of the Indonesia, Philippine and East Timor Section from 2003 to 2005. From 2011 to 2014, he led the Europe China Research and Advice Network (ECRAN) funded by the European Union.
