Kerim Zengin
Kerim Zengin (born 13 April 1985) is a Turkish professional footballer who is playing for Karabükspor. He is a youth international, earning caps at levels from the U-17s up to the Turkey national under-21 football team. Club career Zengin began his career with local club Mersin İdmanyurdu in 1999. Originally a forward, he spent two years with his hometown club before moving to Istanbul-giants Fenerbahçe. Most of his time with the club was spent either out on loan to clubs such as Mersin İdmanyurdu and İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor, or with the youth teams. He made eight appearances for the club during his six-year tenure. Antalyaspor transferred him in 2009, with Zengin contributing one goal in 19 appearances. He was transferred to Karabükspor the following season. After a one-year spell with Karabükspor, he moved to the league rival Sivasspor. Mersin (), also known as İçel, is a large city and a port on the Mediterranean coast of southern Turkey. It is the provincial capital of Mersin (İçel) Province. It is made up of four municipalities and district governorates: Akdeniz, Mezitli, Toroslar and Yenişehir. Turkey's national Under-21 football team ( tr, Ümit Milli Futbol Takımı), also known as Turkey Under-21s or Turkey U-21s, is the Under-21 years of age team of the Turkey national football team. History This team is for Turkish players aged 21 or under at the start of a two-year European Under-21 Football Championship campaign, so players can be, and often are, up to 23 years old. Also in existence are teams for Under-20s (for non-UEFA tournaments), Under-19s and Under 17s. Kardemir Karabükspor Footballers
Kardemir is a Turkish steel producer. The name is a contraction of the Turkish language ''Karabük Demir Çelik Fabrikaları'', which means "Karabük Iron and Steel Works". History Its main plant is located at Karabük in the Black Sea region of Turkey. Construction of the complex started in 1937 and finished in two years. Power plant was the first plant put into operation in 1939 and other plants became operative successionally within 2 years. Having functioned as a state-owned company for decades, Kardemir was privatized in 1995. Pollution Kardemir burns coal in Turkey. As an integrated steelworks emissions are higher than steel produced at electric arc furnaces. They also own Karabük coal-fired power station. Climate Trace estimates the plant emitted 3.7 million tonnes of carbon dioxide in 2021, more greenhouse gas than any other steelmaker in the country except İsdemir. Antalyaspor Kulübü is a Turkish professional football club located in the city of Antalya. The club's colours are red and white. They play their home matches at the Antalya Stadium.
